This is my very favorite painting. It is an oil on canvas of a B17 at dawn, on a wet runway, the windshield fogged up; you can almost feel the atmosphere.

The idea for this painting came from one of my friends in the Navy. He was frustrated with the whole world, except for his wife.

The era when these two planes met, was at the rise of the jet age. That is why the jet is going upwards and the prop plane is going down. Although the allied aircraft is in the bright clouds and the German is in dark clouds.

The scale is portraying how rich people can get out of jail and how the poor may never get a chance. The whole picture is crooked for that reason.

This painting of a lighthouse was commissioned by a person that lived in Chicago. He sailed by this lighthouse many times and it had sentimental value to him.

I painted this F-14 for my Navy squadron as a Christmas present. It still hangs in the ready room of the squadron.

Airbrush
This is an airbrush on canvas, that was done for an Infiniti dealership. It is an Infiniti G-35 two door.

One of my first airbrush jobs, a 1966 Mustang fast-back. It's a simple design, going from light blue to dark, giving it 3D effect.

For this checker flag, I really wanted to show depth. Therefore I added blue shadowing, like the wind is whipping through the flag.

The fire is very animated and busy. It seems like it's really moving.

One of my customers had an AC Cobra and he wanted a cobra symbol to be painted on the floor of his garage. He wanted a slight artistic twist on it, so I used multiple colors.
